Who We Are

W&E Production is an Asia-Pacific–rooted cultural education and artistic production organization with a global vision, dedicated to advancing cross-regional collaboration and the international exchange of Asia-Pacific culture through arts and education. W&E Production envisions the arts as a transformative force for cultural understanding, education, and global connection. Rooted in the Asia-Pacific region and engaged with the world, we develop original artistic productions and cultural initiatives that bridge tradition and contemporary thought across borders and disciplines. Our work spans opera, symphonic music, ballet, film music, exhibitions, and educational forums, advancing the arts as a shared language for dialogue and learning. Since 2023, we have partnered annually with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong to present the WE Festival, with content spanning more than 20 countries- primarily the Great China, Japan, the UK, the US, as well as the countries and regions along the Silk Road. The festival fosters cross-cultural dialogue and artistic exchange through varied performances and intellectual forums. Guided by a commitment to cultural innovation, W&E Production builds platforms that connect global arts education with Asia-Pacific communities, fostering sustained collaboration, community-based practice, and future-oriented cultural exchange.
